The Administration and Finance Division (AFD) oversees the organization’s administrative operations and financial management to ensure efficient resource use, regulatory compliance, and look after the day to day activities of administrative works. The Administration and Finance division (AFD) serves as the operational backbone of an organization, integrating essential support systems such as government resources and asset management with the core functions of financial oversight, budgeting and procurement.The division is typically tasked with ensuring that an organization has the resources and infrastructure necessary to achieve its strategic goals.
The key responsibilities include:
Manages the general administration in various matters related to the administration
Carry out Tender and Evaluation in collaboration with Cluster Procurement Service(CPP)
Monitor and guide the Administrative Staffs
Develop appropriate TOR/work plan and procedures that will enable the administrative function to operate smoothly
Monitor the Government Vehicle
Property management/ maintenance, preparation of budget, procurement of office materials, etc
Ensure effective coordination of various activities of the organization as and when required. Attend any other tasks assigned by the superiors.
Finalize the budget submitted by Departments and Division in the Finance Committee in collaboration with Policy and Planning Division (PPD)
Budget re-appropriation for different budget heads through Finance Committee
