The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) is a political party in Bhutan founded in 2007, committed to promoting democratic governance, social equity, and sustainable national development. It has played a significant role in Bhutan’s parliamentary democracy, notably leading the government from 2013 to 2018 under Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay.
